Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects or damages.
If this is your case, please email our support team with photos and a description of the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items
Refunds for items purchased on sale will be based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
