Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped. The average delivery time is between 1 to 3 business weeks, which may be extended during specific periods such as:

1.2. Guaranteed Shipping
All orders are shipped with insurance against loss and include online tracking. If your product is not delivered within 90 business days after dispatch, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
Your order may be delivered in separate packages if items are shipped from different suppliers. This is completely normal.
2. ORDER TRACKING
The tracking code will be sent to your email within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking updates may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the postal or carrier system.

The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the package will be sent to the nearest post office and must be picked up within 7 calendar days.
If the order is returned to the sender due to non-pickup, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
3.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned, we do not issue refunds. The customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment if they wish to receive the item.
3.4. Taxed Products
If there are any customs duties or import taxes, Chelmara Milano will fully cover these expenses. You only pay the amount shown on the website — no surprises.
